This is a great introductory workshop for parents and teachers working with struggling learners.
In this workshop, we will examine root of learning issues and how to remediate them, rather than simply identifying and making accommodations. We will take a look at how the brain processes information and why processing issues (Visual, Visual/Motor, Auditory, and Focus/Attention/Behavior) occur. We will introduce mid-line therapy, nutritional intervention, and alternative teaching strategies to make learning easier for these struggling kids.
